On last Thursday 8th of May, we had the honour of attending the inauguration of the new simulation centre for nurses and doctors at Buzzi Hospital. It was an extraordinary experience that highlighted how technology has revolutionised medical training, providing innovative tools that reduce costs and enhance the effectiveness of clinical preparation.
The centre hosts state-of-the-art simulation scenarios:
🔹 Advanced Anaesthesia – Incredibly realistic mannequins, including a newborn and a pregnant woman complete with placenta and umbilical cord, allow professionals to tackle critical situations in total safety.
🔹 Immersive Laparoscopy – Simulation takes innovation further with a virtual laparoscopic simulator, offering a hyper-realistic experience to refine surgical techniques.
Also, PRINTMED 3D had the opportunity to present his native digital applications, demonstrating how the integration of technology, simulation, and learning can redefine the way future healthcare professionals prepare for real-world challenges.
This centre marks a significant step forward for healthcare, paving the way for more effective, accessible, and innovative training
